WHAT IS THE PMA POWER CARD?

It is the NEW PMA Identification and Membership Card which is also a Discount Card in all PMA Accredited Business Establishments.

WHO SHOULD AVAIL OF THE PMA POWER CARD?

All REGULAR, LIFE and EMERITUS MEMBERS

RENEWABLE EVERY YEAR ( only regular members in good standing can avail of the POWER CARD).

WHAT IS THE COST OF THE CARD?

Php 250.00 ( Two hundred fifty pesos only )

PROCEDURE:

Upon payment of P250.00 a temporary card shall be issued. The PMA Power Card shall be sent through your local component societies.

HOW TO AVAIL OF THE PMA POWER CARD:

  1. Fill out application forms (download here or available from the pma or your local component).
  2. Assessment shall be made by your local component society. If in good standing, your application forms duly certified by your component society secretary shall be submitted to pma.
  3. Your application form shall be processed by pma and if in good standing both with your local society and the pma, your power card shall be sent to your component society where you may claim it.
  4. The PMA Power Card is renewable every year and valid for a year from date of issue.

MECHANICS OF USE OF PMA POWER CARD:

  1. The eligible PMA member is entitled to discounts and privileges from its affiliated base of merchants.
  2. Present the card before a purchase is made to any participating merchant.
  3. In case availment is declined, call (632) 8898841 / 7506528 / 09228518568, 9am - 7pm.
  4. To avail of Service Reparation, report the incident at telephone numbers stated above. A form shall be accomplished and shall be accompanied with a proof of purchase within 7 days from date of purchase. Delayed submission shall nullify reimbursement.
  5. Service reparation shall be in the form of gift certificate or cash equivalent of discount or offers as governed by the terms of agreement.
  6. Got-it-all Privilege Card company is not responsible for the quality of merchants' good or any misrepresentation.

  8. The card is valid for one year from date of issuance.
  9. The card should not be used in conjunction with other promotions of the merchants.
